Hotel allows partial cancellation of confirmed rooms without incurring penalty based on the following schedule. NPC Natural Athletes:
Malaysia has the NPC Natural Regional requirement.
Athletes who reside (live) in Malaysia has a regional requirement and must compete in a Natural Regional Show in Malaysia BEFORE they can compete in a Natural Pro Qualifier worldwide.
The athlete however may compete in a Natural Pro Qualifier anywhere in the world provided that the Natural Pro Qualifier contest is held BEFORE Malaysia’s Natural Regional Show, which is on 5 July 2026.
For any Natural Pro Qualifier shows AFTER 5 July 2026, the athlete must first meet the regional requirement by competing in Malaysia’s NPC Natural Regional Show 2026.
Athletes may NOT qualify for a Natural Pro Qualifier by competing in an open regional.
Registration Fees:
For athletes who have paid the registration fees, there is STRICTLY no refund of registration fee paid under any circumstances.
Athlete’s check-in:
All athletes need to be present the day BEFORE competition to register and check in. No check in will be allowed on the day of the event. If an athlete fails to show up for the check-in, he/she will be considered a NO SHOW for the competition. The registration fee shall not be refunded in the event that the athlete missed the check-in.
Prohibited Substances & Time Frame:
1. ANABOLIC AGENTS: 3 YEARS
Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (Exogenous, Endogenous when administered exogenously), and other Anabolic Agents (e.g. Clenbuterol, Tibolone, Zeranol, Zilpaterol)
2. HORMONE AND METABOLIC MODULATORS: 3 YEARS
3. INSULIN: 3 YEARS
When used for the purpose of bodybuilding (prescribed insulin is permitted)
4. PEPTIDE HORMONES, GROWTH FACTORS, RELATED SUBSTANCES, AND MIMETICS: 3 YEARS
Including but not limited to EPO, Peptide Hormones and Hormone Modulators, Growth Hormone, Growth Factors and Growth Factor Modulators
5. SARMs (Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators): 3 YEARS
Andarine, LGD-4033, Ostarine, RAD140
6. THYROID HORMONES: 3 YEARS
When used for bodybuilding purposes including but not limited to: Synthroid, T3, T4 (prescribed thyroid hormones are permitted)
7. BETA-2 AGONISTS: 6 MONTHS
8. DIURETICS AND MASKING AGENTS: 6 MONTHS
9. INSULIN MANIPULATORS: 6 MONTHS
When used solely for weight loss (e.g. Wegovy, Ozempic, Metformin, Rybelsus, etc.)
10. STIMULANTS: 6 MONTHS
11. INTOXICATING SUBSTANCES: 12 HOURS
Cannabis, Alcohol, Narcotics
12. MUSCLE IMPLANTS OR INJECTIONS OF ANY KIND

The penalties for a positive test result are as follows:
First Offence: One year Suspension
Second Offence: Two years Suspension
Third Offence: Lifetime Suspension
NPC Worldwide Membership:
It is mandatory for all athletes to register for the NPC Worldwide Membership on a yearly basis. Upon registration, you shall receive your NPC membership number. Please note that if you are not registered, you will not be able to compete. We encourage all athletes to pre-register BEFORE signing up for a competition. Tickets:
There will be VIP tickets, audience tickets and backstage passes sold. All tickets sold are final and shall not be cancelled, changed or refunded under any circumstances.
Tanning:
The official tanning partner of NPC Worldwide and IFBB Pro League Malaysia is StagePro. It is mandatory for all athletes to only apply StagePro at the venue, no other tanning products are allowed.
Competition Day:
All athletes are required to standby at least 1.5 hours at the waiting room / backstage before the start of your category. If you are not present when a staff member calls you to line up, you may be disqualified.
Category Definition:
“True Novice” means a competitor who has never competed within NPC Worldwide.
“Novice” means a competitor who, in the current contest year, has not won an Overall in a Novice, Masters or Open contest, or who has not won in an Open class with three or more competitors.
“Junior” means a competitor who is 18-23 years old.
“Master” means a competitor who is 35 years of age or older.
Judging:
Judges present at all contest are IFBB Pro League Official judges. They are invited internationally from various countries. No local judges will be used at the event to ensure that the contest is held in a fair manner to the athletes.
Athlete’s Responsibility:
Upon participating in the competition, you agree to be held responsible to the followings:
You will keep the hotel / venue clean (including the hotel room)
You will handle your own personal belongings with care.
In case of theft, loss or damage, the organisers will not assume any responsibility.
